To the front of the property there is a huge front veranda with tasteful wooden furniture, drop down sun screen, built-in fire / BBQ and outdoor dining set. To the right of the villa is a large kosk style seating area with wooden decked flooring, large comfortable floor sofas and drop down sun screens

An open plan kitchen fitted with quality appliances, large fridge / freezer, oven / hob, dishwasher and air-conditioning. Behind the kitchen is the dining area, with a large hand made wooden table and comfortable leather dining chairs.

You enter the villa through the central hallway which leads into the open space living room, with a real bohemian feel and has a TV and DVD player. The living room is further connected to the open plan kitchen.

There is a large cloak room as you enter the property which houses the hoover, iron and board, towels, wraps and other cleaning equipment.

There is a 35m2 private swimming pool to the front with poolside shower and a large sun terrace surrounding the pool leading down the steps into the well established garden.

Bedroom 1 - ground floor bedroom with access ramp from garden, double bedroom with air-con and en-suite bathroom. En-suite bathroom with shower and sink on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2 - double bedroom with air-con and en-suite bathroom with shower and sink.

Bedroom 3 - double bedroom with air-con and access to the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bath, shower and sink.

Outside Areas and Garden:
The gardens and pool are well hidden amongst climbing bougainvillea making the grounds very private. As well as the relaxing seating kosk there is a swinging hammock hidden between citrus fruit trees.
