This luxurious 7-bedroom villa combines style, comfort, and entertainment, making it the perfect choice for families and groups. New for Winter 2025, the villa now features twin water slides in the pool area and 4 PlayStations in the bedrooms, ensuring endless fun for children and teenagers.

The villa’s games room outside is fully equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, and dart wall, providing entertainment for all ages.

Kitchen & Dining:
The modern kitchen includes an American fridge freezer with integrated water cooler, pod coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, an additional water cooling machine, and a dining table seating 12 people — perfect for family meals.

Lounge Area:
The lounge offers comfy sofas, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi with boosters, a large TV with DVD and English channels, and a music system, creating a relaxing space for everyone.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

• Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms with a separate downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink). The villa also features 2 washing machines.
• First Floor: 3 bedrooms, with an additional water cooling machine, accessed via a double staircase.
• Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a third water cooling machine.

All bedrooms on the first and second floors are fitted with safes (5 in total) and hairdryers, providing security and convenience for guests.
