The large garden has a pool (4.5 x 8.5m) and 1.55m deep.  There is a brick BBQ with sink and space for preparing food outside and a covered terrace with outside dining furniture for 8 people.

A large swing and sunbeds and parasols are located around the pool and lots of space to catch the sun all day.

In the large entrance hall there is a separate toilet.  The spacious lounge and kitchen both have patio doors that open leading to the pool and garden.

The air-conditioned lounge has plenty of sofas, a large smart TV and wifi.  The modern kitchen has a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee and water machine (to be purchased as not in photos).  The breakfast bar has stools for eating inside.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

The first floor has 3 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and balcony with furniture.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Double bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool.

The utility room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Bedroom 5 is on the second floor and has a beautiful round shaped bed with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

Villa Balkan also has a cot and digital safe.
