Villa Valerie

Villa Valerie is a super 4 bedroomed villa in the Metinler area of Dalyan and just a 10-minute walk into town and 5 minutes from the Saturday market.

This villa has everything that you could need for a perfect family holiday and has a heated pool for early and late season bookings.

The heated pool has a separate children's pool, and the main pool has a ladder and roman steps for easy access.

The garden has plenty of grassed areas and a pool table, children's basketball and slide.

The covered terrace has plenty of comfortable furniture for relaxing on and a large table and chairs for alfresco dining.

There are 10 sunbeds, parasols, a poolside shower, BBQ and outside kitchen with a fridge.

The open plan kitchen and living area has air conditioning,  a large TV, Wi-Fi and comfortable sofas.

The lounge leads out to the pool area.

The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, water cooler, large fridge freezer and kettle and toaster.

The kitchen has an island and large dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.  This bedroom leads out to the pool.

There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor.

First floor:

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and 2 balconies.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and Juliette balcony.

This villa had mosquito screens on doors and windows, a high chair and iron and ironing board.
