Villa Zuleyha

If you do feel like cooking, the shaker style kitchen has everything you need, with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and toaster. No need to wash up - there’s also a dishwasher! The dining table seats 6 comfortably and everything you need is provided: tableware, a range of glasses, mugs and kitchen utensils. A selection of herbs and spices ensure whether it’s breakfast, lunch or just whipping up a salad to go with the delicious BBQ you have just cooked on the traditional stone BBQ, everything you need can be found in Villa Zuleyha's kitchen.

Grab a book from the Villa Zuleyha “library” and step out onto the poolside terrace, beginning your day in paradise whilst listening to the birds sing. Enjoy your morning coffee on the welcoming swing seat or enjoy a leisurely breakfast sat at the outdoor dining table with the gentle sound of the wind chimes relaxing you. It’s time to take a dip in the private pool, which is an ideal size at 1.5 metres deep and approximately 45m2, accessed by a ladder and benefiting from sun throughout the majority of the day. There is plenty of room to sunbathe around the pool with shady areas too if you so wish. We’ve saved the best until last - as dusk falls, the LED lights transform the pool into a blue oasis!

The mature garden is walled and has citrus trees so when in season, please feel free to pick an orange and enjoy it's sweetness from the Dalyan sun. There is also a handy outdoor shower, so you can wash off the sand from a day at the beach or your sun tan lotion before a leisurely swim in the pool - but remember to re-apply before you lay down on your sunbed and work on the tan!

You will find a clothes dryer and ironing board in the downstairs bathroom/cloakroom and the washing machine, iron etc can be found in the downstairs cupboard under the stairs.

When it is time for bed,(make sure you say goodnight to the giraffes on the way) you have the choice of the master double bedroom complete with it's own large en-suite bathroom, with a bath, handheld shower and wc. The second double bedroom and twin bedroom share the family bathroom which has a shower cubicle, wc and hand basin. Both bathrooms have hairdryers and shaver points. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and a fan to keep you cool. There is a rear full length balcony furnished with comfy chairs which is accessed from all bedrooms and the double bedroom has a side balcony too. Enjoy a drink on the balcony, overlooking the pool and watch the sun setting over the mountains – a perfect end to a perfect day! As comfort is a must, all beds in Villa Zuleyha have good quality proper mattresses. Both double rooms have Queen size beds (160cm x 200cm) for plenty of sleeping space. There is also a travel cot, high chair and even a potty to ensure no one is forgotten! Extra bed linen, along with towels & beach towels are provided for your convenience.

When you’re ready to explore and stock up on supplies, you’ll find the nearest supermarket a 3 minute walk away and you can stroll into delightful town centre of Dalyan in 5-10 minutes! Every Saturday the fascinating market is set up with its numerous stalls selling fresh produce, spices and leather goods - just 5 minutes from the Villa. Don’t forget to pick up a delicious pancake and a refreshing pomegranate juice!

Villa Zuleyha is a firm favorite and can be your own piece of Turkish Delight; so be sure to book early!

NB- A refundable security deposit of £100, subject to the villa not sustaining any damage during your stay, is applicable for Villa Zuleyha.
