With completion due by March 2023 Villa Zafer will boast 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ( 3 en-suite ), a much larger alfresco dining terrace with fixed sun canopy and it will be newly decorated throughout.

From the moment you arrive through the entrance gate, you will feel your shoulders relax as you meander through the garden passing the beautiful private swimming pool complete with sun loungers, parasols, brick built BBQ and Turkish Kosk for those lazy afternoon snoozes.

Villa Zafer will never fail to impress its guests, from leaving the extended terrace, you enter inside to an impressive light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen/diner with all the mod cons that you would expect from a modern villa holiday.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all brand new pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for summer 2023. As you would expect you will find a kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and gas hob. This really is a home from home.

Although the indoor dining table only seats 6, you will find a beautiful 8 seater dining set on the extended front terrace complete with lounge set for those pre dinner drinks.

The indoor lounge area is furnished comfortably with 2 sofas, a chair and a large wall hung smart TV.

Bedrooms

Ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, making this villa ideal for people with mobility issues.

Upstairs you will find 3 further bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super king sized bed with en-suite shower room and access to a large shared balcony over looking the swimming pool and mountain views towards the famous Dalyan river
There is a twin bedded room with en-suite and access to the front shared balcony and finally the fourth bedroom has a double bed with sole use of the family bathroom.

All four bedrooms are complete with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.
