Villa Olemez is the perfect villa for a relaxing stay in Dalyan, whilst only being a 10 minute walk from town and a few minutes from the nearest restaurants.
With mountain views and pomegranate fields opposite the villa you will feel the day to day stresses melt away.
Villa Olemez has plenty of outside space to relax, either around the pool, in the traditional Turkish kosk on the hammock or on the terrace outside the villa.
Outdoor living is easy here, the front terrace has an al fresco dining area where you can enjoy food cooked on the bbq in the garden or relax on the sofa seating area, the terrace also is gated, so your younger guests won’t make a dash straight for the swimming pool .
The downstairs feels cool even in the Summer months and has a well equipped kitchen, with gas hob & electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher & water cooler. & a handy dining table for 4 .
The lounge area has a TV & DVD player.
There is a mezzanine seating area for cosy chats in front of the open fire with your favourite tipple, during cooler evenings ,
There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet & wash basin.
The wooden staircase takes you upstairs to the three bedrooms, a twin bedroom, double bedroom & the master bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC & wash basin. All three bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and each has a hair dryer.
The washing machine is upstairs as well as a well stocked bookshelf ,and board games for a bit of family rivalry.
The upstairs has a lovely balcony at the front of the house with seating & a table, to take in the views over morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks.
There are two bikes for you to use to pop into town or explore the surrounding countryside and the pool can be entered either by roman steps to the shallow end or a ladder & there is an outside shower. Pool towels are available for your use.
