Villa Mavi is a secluded villa behind a walled garden which is located very close to town and a stones throw to the local Hamam so relaxing massages morning, noon and night! A local shop is also just around the corner.

The 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa shares a larger than average pool, roman steps and a large shallow area for children , and non swimmers alike on a complex with 4 other villas.

The pool has roman steps and a shallow end. There are 4 sunbeds for you to use with mattress and sun umbrellas.

This villa has a private terrace area at the front with dining furniture and BBQ, at the rear of the villa, hidden amongst the beautiful gardens is a traditional Turkish seating kosk to relax in

Inside the villa, downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people and leads out onto the private garden.
The living area has 2 comfy sofas, (one being a sofa bed) 2 arm chairs, air-con, TV and DVD player.
There is a downstairs bathroom with shower, basin and wc.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, aircon, wardrobe and a balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, aircon, ensuite bathroom which also leads to the third bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Two single adult beds, air-con and ensuite leading to the second bedroom.
There is also separate family bathroom.

The villa also provides free unlimited WIFI and a welcome pack, ideal if arriving late. All beach towels are provided too.
