Villa Lydian

Villa Lydian is a spacious villa both inside & out, lovingly kept to a very high standard by it’s owners, who are always looking for more ways to ensure that Villa Lydian has everything you need & more for an amazing holiday in Dalyan.

Lovely outside spaces - traditional style kosk in a quiet corner of the garden, comfy rattan furniture on the shaded terrace and recently extended outside dining terrace.  Large private pool with separate shallow childrens pool.

The terrace allows easy access to dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen has an oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, water machine and dishwasher.

If you prefer to BBQ there is one in the garden with easy access to the kitchen and utility room.

Downstairs bathroom and utility room houses the washing machine, has a shower, sink and toilet.

The lounge has air-con, UK-TV, Wii with Wii Fit, Wii Sports Resort and Zumba Fitness, 4 controllers with Wii motion plus and nun-chucks and there is a selection of books, board games, cards.

All four bedrooms are en-suite with a shower room, wc & hand basin, the first floor has two double bedrooms each with a king size bed & balcony, the third bedroom has two single beds. The 4th bedroom which is on the top floor has two single beds and a play-station (PS3) with a small selection of games. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.

There are stair gates on the first floor that can close off both staircases to ensure the safety of any little ones.

There is a mini market and restaurants less than 5 minutes away and 7 minutes takes you to where the Saturday market is held, or to town.
