The villa is furnished to a very high standard with everything a renter may need including dishwasher, hairdryers and beach towels. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and only 5 minutes to the nearest restaurant and local shop. 2 bikes available to use.
Kitchen - large fridge / freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, washing machine and water cooler.
Lounge - open plan area, air-conditioning, 2 large comfy sofas, large Smart TV / DVD player, ipod docking station, double patio doors to side terrace overlooking the pool.
The side terrace is a beautiful area for relaxing and dining, there is a table and chairs to seat 6 and also a large Turkish seating area.
Downstairs bathroom - shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
Family bathroom - shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
There is a hairdryer, security safe and iron / ironing board.
The service includes a full clean before and after arrival, complimentary mid-stay clean for guests staying 14 nights and over.
Outside Areas and Garden:
The pool has roman style entrance steps for easy access especially for the elderly and also a separate shallow childrens area. Brick built BBQ.
