We are really pleased to be able to add Villa Hayri to our portfolio, along with it’s sister property Villa Kubra, which are next door to each and can be accessed by a gate in the garden.
Villa Hayri is close to town, only about a 10 minute walk to reach town, yet the area has a traditional feel & as you walk in through the gate be sure to look down and see the Nazur Bonjuk greeting you to wish you good luck.
As you enter the house it is hard not to feel at home and Villa Hayri has quirky little touches throughout such as the chandelier in the sitting room and fantastic fuschia coloured chairs.
The open plan dining area & lounge, has plenty of space, with the dining table & chairs seating six.
Whatever the weather you can stay cool with the air conditioning or snug on a chillier evening with the open fire, whilst watching a dvd or the television.
The well equipped kitchen has an oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, toaster, kettle & dishwasher.
Tucked away is the washing machine, iron & ironing board in the utility cupboard.
The first of your bedrooms is on the ground floor & as with all the bedrooms at Villa Hayri has air conditioning & an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, wc & hand basin.
There is also a separate cloakroom with wc & hand basin.
Upstairs are the double bedroom has a balcony where you can wake up at leisure with your morning coffee & a triple bedroom with three single beds. Both bedrooms are en suite & have air conditioning.
You are bound to spending a lot of time outside and the pool is at the rear of the house. So step outside onto the large terrace where you can eat al-fresco from the BBQ in the garden.
The pool is accessed by a ladder when you want to cool from sun bathing.
Don’t forget to check out Villa Kubra if you are coming with friends because they will be next door to you, through the garden gate.
