Villa Fenerbahce is a private, 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom villa situated close to the Calbis Hotel in Gulpinar in a very quiet area. This villa has a heated pool. The Turkish owners are keen Fenerbahce football fans and have decorated the villa with this in mind....with free wi-fi, flat screen TV's and mini fridge in each bedroom!
The villa is very private with buzzer security system at the entrance, security cameras and lockable safe. The screens at the front are great because you can enjoy the few passers by but they cannot look into the villa grounds.
Large pool, the garden also has a BBQ, outside shower and seating for alfresco dining.
Inside the villa there is an open plan lounge / kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped including water cooling system, electric hob, oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge has comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, DVD player and air-conditioning.
Downstairs bedroom - King size bed, air-con, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink.
Upstairs, Bedroom 2 - King size bed, air-con, flat screen TV, fridge, Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - King size bed, air-con, flat screen TV, fridge, spacious balcony overlooking the pool and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4:
Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron / ironing board and balcony to dry the washing.
This villa is really very beautiful, well loved by its owners and will be an excellent holiday home as it has everything to offer.
