Villa Felicita is a private 4 bed villa located in Maraş which is the most peaceful and sought after area of Dalyan, has views of the famous Lycian Rock Tombs and only a short 5 minutes walk into town.

The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) all with en-suites. The ground floor and ground floor bedroom / ensuite has full wheelchair access.

The villa has a BBQ, outdoor dining area, Turkish seating kosk and beautiful large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Free unlimited wi-fi.

Kitchen – large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and water dispenser.

Lounge / Dining Area – 2 comfy sofas and an armchair, stone fireplace, large smart TV/DVD player, satellite TV and patio doors leading to the glassed conservatory. Large dining table, seats 8 people and has patio doors leading to the pool.

Downstairs bathroom – washing machine, toilet, sink.

Ground floor bedroom – wheelchair access (wider doors), double bed, air-con, terrace to the pool side, en-suite bathroom. The ensuite has a shower with wheelchair access, sink and toilet.

Master Bedroom – king bed, air-con, large balcony looking to pool, ensuite with full bath/shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 3 – Two single beds, air-con, balcony overlooking the pool,ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 4 – Two single beds, air-con, balcony overlooking the pool, ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.

The villa also has a security safe, alarm and security grills on the ground floor.

Outside areas and garden – large private swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi/can be used for shallow area for children, turkish style kosk, built in BBQ with outside dining.
