Villa Emir

Villa Emir is a new, luxury private, three bedroom villa in a very quiet area of Dalyan. It has a private garden and pool, a large open plan lounge / kitchen with TV, DVD player, ground floor bathroom, three spacious bedrooms and fully air-conditioned.

The villa has a huge top terrace with beautiful views and also same size on the ground floor overlooking the pool and great for alfresco dining. The villa is approximately 10 minutes stroll to the town and 4 minutes to local shop.

The living area has sofas and arm chairs, dining area with seating for 6. TV and DVD. Double patio doors lead to the veranda which overlooks the pool and has plenty of space for alfresco dining. Large dining area that seats 6.

Fully furnished kitchen with large fridge/freezer, oven, and hob. washing machine, kettle, toaster, grill and a good selection of pans and kitchen utensils for all your cooking needs.

There is also a small ground floor bathroom.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite and balcony.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and balcony.
Bedroom 3 with bunk-beds and balcony.

Family bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink.

All bed linen and bath towels provided. Beach towels provided for use around the pool. Before and after clean included, complimentary mid-stay clean for 2 weeks stays.

Outside Areas and Garden:
The garden is fully walled, has a private pool with sun terrace and sun beds. Purpose built barbecue. The garden is mature and colorful with plenty of shaded areas.
