The modern kitchen and dining room is air conditioned and has every appliance needed plus a water cooler. There is a kitchen island with the sink and dining furniture.  Patio doors lead out to the pool.

A separate toilet and sink are located in the hallway.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the pool.

The first floor has 3 further ensuite bedrooms and a laundry room.
