Villa Demir

Villa Deniz and Villa Demir are 2 private, 4 bedroom villas (sleeping up to 10 people in each villa) that are on the riverside, on the Çandir side of Dalyan. Almost directly opposite the Dalyan Resort.  With Kaunos, the rock tombs and Çandırs natural mud baths & hot springs as your back garden!
Being on the riverside you get here via the ferry boat which runs 7.30am to 12 midnight or you can take a slower wander past to rock tombs to the little row boats that goes to the town.

You can book one villa or both villas together, sleeping up to 20 people max.

The villa design is the same in both villas.
Downstairs:
Open plan kitchen / diner / lounge that looks directly out onto the river and pool area, air-conditioning, comfy sofas, indoor dining furniture, flat screen TV with Amazon USB where you can access UK TV including BBC, ITV, Netflixs*, Prime* plus more.
The dream kitchen has a everything! breakfast bar, oven / hob, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything else needed for home catering and BBQ prep!
Bedroom 1 - king size bed, air-con, terrace opening directly onto swimming pool. ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, air-con, ensuite - this bedroom and bathroom is ideal for someone with limited mobility and wheelchair access.
Bedroom 3 - king size bed, air-con, and ensuite bathroom.
Family bathrooms and utility room that has a toilet, sink and houses the washing machine.
Bedroom 4 - Upstairs is a large family suite bedroom with king size bed and 2 single beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower area...

Outside each villa has a private pool overlooking directly onto the river, separate shallow area for children and roman entrance steps for easy access (Pool dimensions: 160cm deep. 5m x 7m, shallow area 70cm deep). outside seating, sun beds, and BBQ.

Each bedroom has 1 hairdryer, complimentary use of pool / beach towels, a security safe, iron / ironing board and hoover.
