Villa Başaran

We are always looking for new villas to be able to offer you and we are pleased to add Villa Başaran to our portfolio.

Enjoying the sunshine and outdoor life is easy at Villa Başaran, as you walk round to large kidney shape pool you will know instantly that you are going to have a great holiday!

The 60m2 salt water -kidney shaped pool has ample space for sunbathing with 8 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas you can spread out and Villa Başaran attracts the sun for most of the day so catching the rays will be easy.
The pretty garden has a grassed area and a shaded area with a picnic table for you to enjoy your delicious BBQ dinner cooked on the free standing BBQ.
This is all before you get inside the villa, so lets go inside now!
As you enter the villa you hang your sun hat on the coat rack and make yourself at home.
The lounge has plenty of comfy seating for a bit of family competitiveness over a game of cards or sit back and watch a dvd or television, which has access to some English speaking channels, all in air conditioned comfort. The dining table will seat eight and you have direct access to the outside terrace.
The separate kitchen has everything you need to whip up a tasty meal, including oven with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, blender and juicer, fridge/ freezer as well as a water cooler. Cleaning up after dinner is doddle with the dishwasher.
The kitchen has access to the balcony perfect for an al fresco breakfast.
There is a cloakroom on the ground floor with wc & hand basin
The first floor gives you the family bathroom with a rain fall shower, wc & hand basin.
Three of the bedrooms are on this floor, double bedroom with air con and a balcony.
The next bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and balcony affords you views of the pool and the mountains and mosque in the distance.
The master bedroom has a double bed and large en suite bathroom with a shower, wc & hanbasin.
This is where you will find the washing machine.
Step onto the curved balcony in the morning and survey the mountain and mosque scenery whilst planning the day ahead.
The second floor is a perfect den bedroom with double bed, seating area and television, plus an en suite bathroom with shower, wc & hand basin. This is perfect for the younger members of the group or someone wanting their own space.
With Dalyan basking in the sun, most of your holiday is likely to be spent outside and at Villa Başaran this is simple with the large garden, the salt water pool and outside shower.
Those of you that love the sun will be in heaven as the garden is sunny but also shade can be sought.
Fire up the bbq and sit under the gazebo at the picnic table laden with goodies.
If the walk to the villa is too much, stop for for break on the love seat and there is also a table and chairs on the outside terrace.
The villa is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a further 5 minutes to town, we can easily arrange car or bicycle hire for you to explore the area.
A cot for younger babies is also at the villa. The villa is fully air conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets.
