Dylans Retreat

Finding a villa with just two bedrooms is a rare find here in Dalyan, so being able to offer Dylan’s Retreat for those of you looking for a smaller property pleased us immensely.
We also have Villa Huzur 76 which shares the same pool and can be rented together with Dylans Retreat for a group of up to 8 people yet having your own space when needed.
Located just a stones throw to the river and being only a 5 minute walk to town . Being extremely good value, we know that all of your “holiday wish list” boxes will be ticked too.
Dylans Retreat shares the pool with just three other villas and has it’s own area of garden behind the villa where you can relax and read your book or laze by the pool on one of the sun loungers.
With hibiscus, lemon trees and pretty flowers plus mountain views you will feel the stresses of every day life slip away.
The villa has a shaded verandah at the front of villa, perfect for al fresco dining and for a pre dinner drink accompanied by the scent of jasmine.
The verandah leads you inside to the lounge where you can watch a dvd that you have picked up from the Saturday local market or choose one of the books from the villa’s library.
The kitchen area has everything you need for your stay, including a gas hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The downstairs cloakroom has a WC and wash hand basin and on the occasional cloudy day you don’t need to worry about the possibility of having a hot shower as the villa has a boiler.
The two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed, the other twin beds, both bedrooms have air conditioning.  The bedrooms share a balcony with lovely views of the mountains.

Save on packing space, as Dylans Retreat has a hairdryer and pool towels for you to use during your stay.
The family wet room has a shower, WC and wash hand basin.
