Villa Artemis B is a 3 bed villa which sits at the front of a plot with 2 other villas and shared swimming pool. It has a pretty front garden and opens onto a quiet street 3 minutes walk from supermarkets and 5 from the town centre. Air-con, ceiling fan and central heating throughout.

Storks nest each spring on a telegraph pole at the corner of the road, and can be observed from the garden or balcony off the main bedroom window.

Lounge – comfortably furnished spacious lounge with 32″ HD ready satellite TV + Blu-ray DVD player & selection of movies, Hi Fi system, books & board games. The open-plan dining area seats 6 comfortably.

Kitchen – Gas hob, counter top electric oven & combi microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, water cooler and portable electric BBQ for use on the terrace.

There is a ground floor bathroom with toilet, sink and also houses the washing machine.

Master bedroom – king size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite, balcony and mini-safe.

Bedroom 2 – double bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

There is a family bathroom that has a toilet, sink and corner shower cubicle.

All bed linen & towels are provided. Full property clean before arrival and after departure.

The villa has a couple of steps up to the ground floor level veranda and entrance as well as a couple of steps to get to the path to the pool. These are not difficult and generally Dalyan, being very level, is fairly easy for those who have difficulty accessing raised or uneven areas. The bedrooms in the villa are upstairs, but there is a chair that can become a sofa bed (single) downstairs in the lounge if required.

Outside – The lovely terrace shaded by a wooden pergola has two comfortable sofas and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views to the mountains. The circular pool has plenty of surrounding terrace space for sunbathing and a dining table & chairs. The garden decking has reclining chairs and an umbrella. There is ample parking space outside the villa.
