We have experience of managing over 60 properties in the local area, so we are well aware of what you want as a villa owner and will do our best to exceed your expectations. You are not just a villa name, all of our clients are our friends and each rental package is tailored to suit each individual owner’s needs.

Our standard rental package is the most comprehensive that is offered in Dalyan for a very reasonable price!

Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Set up and management of all enquiries to other advertising websites, eg. Owners Direct, Holiday Lettings etc, this includes answering all enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Professional photos of your property for online adverts.
  • Detailed description of the property
  • Welcome book and villa manual written specifically for your villa and its appliances, provided at the villa.
  • Management of rental payments and full accounts.
  • Pre-arrival property inspection with full report emailed direct to you with any problems prior to your guests arriving.
  • Welcome Meeting for all rental guests upon arrival, at which point we can arrange all tours required, eg. boat trips, hamams etc. We will also provide information about your property and the local area, and answer any questions the guests may have.
  • Management of a breakages deposit (amount to be agreed with yourselves), to be returned to the guests upon checkout.
  • Checkout Meeting which includes guest feedback and full villa inspection.
  • Management of repairs and minor improvements to ensure your property maintains its “wow” factor.
  • Liaising with garden and pool contractors – checking the grass is cut at appropriate times, the pool is clean and notifying any problems to them.
  • Arranging airport transfers with a reputable and reliable company in Dalyan.
  • Management of all cleaning before and after guests and, if required, mid-stay cleans.
  • Key management and handover – your property’s keys will only be handled by our team personally, your villa’s security is a priority.
  • 24 hour emergency contact for owners and renters.
  • *NEW* – through the winter every 2 weeks your villa will be checked inside and out and problems reported. If there is a bad storm the villa will also be checked the following day.
  • We also offer renters welcome hampers, travel cot hire, high chairs, stair gates, DVD selection at no cost to you!, another selling point for families looking to rent.

In return for this service we will be charging a 15% commission on all bookings that we generate and manage, however we can tailor-make our package to suit your individual needs. Please note that advertising with us does not cost you a penny until you receive your first booking.
