We have experience of managing over 90 properties in the local area and our portfolio continues to grow, we are well aware of what you want as a property owner and will do our best to exceed your expectations. You are not just a property name or number, all of our clients are our friends and each rental package is tailored to suit individual owner’s needs.

Our standard rental package is the most comprehensive that is offered in Dalyan for a very reasonable price.

Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Set up and management of all enquiries to our website villarentalsdalyan.com which is high in all search engines.
  • Set up and management of all enquiries to Home Away, this includes answering all enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Professional photos of your property for online adverts.
  • Detailed description of the property.
  • Welcome Information book and villa manual written specifically for your property and its appliances instructions translated to English.
  • Management of rental payments and full accounts.
  • Daily Jarndarma registrations (please enquire for rates) which is now a legal requirement via a registered Turkish company covering all your rental tax, VAT and accountancy costs.
  • Pre-arrival property inspection with full report emailed direct to you if there are any problems prior to the guests arriving.
  • Welcome Meeting for all rental guests upon arrival, at which point we can help them get the most out of their stay in Dalyan. Sharing our local knowledge / tips, provide information about the property, the local area, and answer any questions the guests may have.
  • Management of a breakages deposit (usually 100gbp), to be returned to the guests after departure and full inspection check has been carried out.
  • Management of repairs and improvements to ensure your property maintains its “wow” factor.
  • In-house cleaners (please enquire for rates) management of cleaning schedules allowing for any tight turnovers and booking mid-stay cleans if required. The guests are also able to book additional cleans during their stay (paid for directly from the renter).
  • In-house garden and pool contractors (please enquire for a quotation) or liaising with your garden and pool contractors – checking the grass is cut at appropriate times, the pool is crystal clean and notifying any problems to them.
  • Arranging airport transfers or car hire with a reputable and reliable company who have full insurance and the correct licenses.
  • Key management and handover – your property’s keys will only be handled by our team personally, your properties security is top priority.
  • 24 hour emergency contact for owners and renters.
  • Winter property checks every 2 weeks and / or after each storm (please enquire for rates) your villa will be checked inside and out and problems reported.
  • We also offer renters welcome hampers or personalised shopping.
  • Hire of travel cot / high chairs / stair gates / baby equipment / wheelchairs / mobility scooters.

In return for this service we charge 15% commission on the booking total on all bookings that we generate and manage, however we can tailor-make our package to suit your individual needs.

Please note that advertising with us does not cost you a penny until you receive your first booking.
