This beautiful 6 bedroom private villa is just a stones throw from the town centre, with heated salt water pool, childrens play area, family rooms, dart board, garden table tennis, pool side lounge swing, Firestick with UK TV and all the extras!
Outside: there are plenty of outdoor seating areas including comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas around the pool, outside dining area to seat 12 close to the stone BBQ and poolside shower, this area also has a Dart Board and table tennis for evening fun! The front terrace, ground floor bedroom terrace, 1st floor bedroom terrace and top terrace all have comfortable lounge seats to enjoy every angle of the rock tomb views. There is also a Turkish seating kosk in the garden, childrens play area with lots of toys and large grass lawn for kids to run around and enjoy.
The large salt water pool can be heated to accommodate the cooler months in summer or even winter bookings as well as an open fire inside the lounge.
Inside: modern kitchen with large fridge /freezer, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and water cooler. Large dining table to seat 8, there is a large kitchen island which also has seating for another 4 people.
The lounge has comfy sofas, TV with amazon stick giving you access to all UK TV channels, air-con, wi-fi and a music system.
Downstairs utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The water is heated by solar panels but there is also a boiler for hot water in the winter months.
The top floor has a large terrace with 2 sunbeds and the most amazing views of the Rock Tombs and Dalyan.
The villa has an alarm, security safe and CCTV camera system. Mosquito screens throughout, hoover, Iron / ironing board, towels and pool towels, new top quality bed linen throughout and hairdryers in each bedroom.
